Dr. Gulab Kothari, International advisor for IOU Foundation and Editor-in-Chief of Rajasthan Patrika newspaper was awarded the title of “Legend of Rajasthan” from the Governor of Tamil Nadu Shree Banwarilal for his work in literature and journalism.
