The Board of Governors, President, Faculty, and Staff of Intercultural Open University Foundation (IOUF) are pleased to announce that Susan Crossman has completed her Master of Arts Degree in English Literature and Writing awarded by IOUF along with Dual Degrees from the Universidad Azteca and the Universidad Central de Nicaragua. Ms. Crossman’s thesis focused on how conversations with others and ourselves influence our outcomes.
As the owner of Crossman Communications, Susan has mastered an astonishing array of communication skills that range from freelance copywriter; editor; public relations, web marketing, and corporate communications specialist; journalistic writer; and creative writer. She is an expert in search engine optimization and social media marketing, for which she utilizes precision language that informs, explains, promotes, and motivates her readers. Ms. Crossman is the author of the novel, Shades of Teal and Pathways to Epiphany (to be published in late 2012). She was the semi-finalist in the 2011 John Kenneth Galbraith Literary Award.
Ms. Crossman’s accomplishments and interests are quite diverse, including Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), fluent in French and Spanish with a working knowledge of German and Italian, and a licensed private pilot. Susan has an upcoming appearance on “Oprah’s Truth Project,” Oprah Winfrey Network production. However, her proudest achievement is being the devoted mother of three beautiful children.
The President, Board of Governors, Faculty, and Staff have invited Ms. Crossman to become the Director of Communications for IOUF. She has graciously accepted, and it is an honor to have this remarkable woman become a member of the IOUF family.
