On May 4, 2012, Lisa Shaffner Albright , PhD, NCC, LPCMH was formally awarded her Dual PhD Degree in Psychology from the Universidad Azteca and the Universidad Central de Nicaragua by John M. Toothman, PhD, Board of Governors for the Intercultural Open University Foundation. Dr. Shaffner Albright is a faculty member of the Psychology Department at Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware (USA) and maintains a private practice as a licensed therapist.
