John Mitt Toothman and Roxanne Toothman presented the annual IOUF Donation to the Williamsburg Historical District Foundation to Cassandra Perkins and Gregory Hurd. The supporters of WDHF donate their time and financial support to benefit the community work being done by the WDHF.
