The President, Board of Governors, and Faculty/Staff of Intercultural Open University Foundation (IOUF) along with our consortium partners Universidad Azteca and Universidad Central de Nicaragua would like to congratulate Dr. Yoshikawa for his appointment as President of the International Mentorship Graduate School (IMGS) in Osaka, Japan.

Dr. Yoshikawa is Professor Emeritus of the University of Hawaii.  He serves on the Board of Governors and is the Distinguished Professor of Intercultural Communications at IOUF.  He will coordinate the academic programs between IOUF and IMGS.
