The Governor of Rajasthan, Kaylan Singh awarded an Honorary Doctor of Literature to Dr. Gulab Kothari, Editor-in-Chief of the Indian Daily Newspaper Rajasthan Patrika.

Dr. Kothari is a dual degree graduate of the Universidad Central de Nicaragua/Universidad Azteca.  Intercultural Open University Foundation (IOUF) and our consortium partners are again honored for our Distinguished Graduate and International Advisor to receive such recognition for his support of bringing about social change that he has promoted through journalism.
